Engineering at the nexus of nanotechnology, biotechnology and product design to improve healthcare

Hiking at Grand Canyon

Science at the nanoscale always fascinated me for as long as I can remember. I engineer and design products, processes and methodologies that analyze the molecular interactions at the nanoscale to solve bottlenecks in global challenges such as improved healthcare and energy efficiency.

Currently, I am a PhD researcher in Mechanical Engineering at MIT. My research is focused on developing an intelligent, high-throughput and programmable tool that can detect specific proteins in a bio-fluid sample and and measure their quantity in real time.

In the past I have studied at IIT Jodhpur, Texas A&M University and worked as an R&D engineer developing products for the medical device industry and oil and gas industry.

When I am not working, you will find me connecting with nature, going on hikes, traveling or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a book in hand.
